Joshua Webb (1981) is an Australian born visual artist and designer who has exhibited across Australia, the USA and Europe. His artistic practice has been in parallel to his academic pursuits; BFA, Curtin University, Australia, MFA – Sculpture, Rhode Island School of Design, USA, and his experience working as an industrial designer for a select group of technology firms. Green Bottle – 3rd May: Julian Bolleter and David Kaesehager – CAPITheticAL


Riding proudly on the back of the recent CAPITheticAL international design competition success, we are pleased to announce that Julian Bolleter from AUDRC and David Kaesehager from Ecoscape will be presenting a Green Bottle at Gresley Abas on Friday 3rd May.

This is a Green Bottle not to be missed.

Julian and David will be presenting their award winning projects which represent  some of the most comprehensive study and ideation of Australia’s urban future.   These bodies of work represent intense study of Australia’s future economic, social and environmental context and propose design scenarios that discuss this.

Green Bottle – Green World Revolution

As part of our Green Bottle Talk Series, we have the pleasure of hosting Toby Whittington (CEO of Green World Revolution) again for the first Green Bottle of 2013!

GWR has been busy developing their ecoBank urban agriculture initiative and it’s time to let you all know what is going to happen…….. We are looking forward to seeing you all here on Friday 15th January 2013!

Green World Revolution (GWR) is a commercially orientated not-for-profit organisation established in Perth in early 2012 to create innovative solutions for the environmental and urban-based social problems that the world is facing in the 21st Century.

GWR has now received funding from the WA state government Social Enterprise Fund to establish the first ecoBank urban agriculture centre as a social enterprise in the Perth CBD.

Following on from his Green Bottle presentation in September, GWR CEO, Toby Whittington, will discuss where the ecoBank urban agriculture initiative is heading in 2013 and how the Perth community can be involved with the development this project.

My Favourite Spaces In Schools Exhibition

Dear All,

OPEN HOUSE PERTH FESTIVAL ( http://www.openhouseperth.net/ ) is this weekend.

Come in the city and join in the festivities. There will be so much on offer for all ages.

As part of Open House Perth weekend CEFPI (Council of Education Facility Planners International), Open House Perth Junior and the State Library of Western Australia have organised an exhibition theme by the idea of FAVOURITE SPACES for learning.

OPEN 10am to 4pm on 3 Nov Saturday and 4 Nov Sunday
