Holmes Residence is nearing completion!

The landscape is starting to materialize and the finishing touches are going on inside…….

The construction of the Holmes Residence is well under way…..  The timber framing and blockwork is almost complete with the roof sheeting due to commence in the next couple of weeks.  Designed by Gresley Abas Architects and constructed by Chris Brook Builder, the Holmes Residence is a combination of face blockwork and timber cladding.  The home straddles the natural topography of a sloping site which creates a mixture of indoor and outdoor spaces, taking advantage of solar orientation and prevailing winds.

The Holmes residence in Floreat is well under construction. Still early days, but the steel work is up and the ground floor blockwork is well underway.

After contracting Chris Brook Builder, the Holmes residence has started on site.  Preliminary earthworks have begun!!
